At Aghanoor Bridal, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our couture; however, due to the made-to-order nature of bridal wear, returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or shipping damages. We strive to ensure your bespoke ensemble meets the highest standards of luxury and precision.

Return Process

    Notification

    Contact our bridal consultant team within 48 hours of delivery to report any discrepancies or defects with your order.

    Verification

    Provide high-resolution photographs and a detailed description of the issue for our quality assurance team to review.

    Return Authorization

    Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for our atelier.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    After receiving and inspecting the garment, we will initiate a professional repair, replacement, or store credit as per our policy.
