How long does it take to deliver a bridal outfit?
Since each bridal piece is handcrafted with intricate embroidery, production typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Shipping times vary by location, usually adding an additional 5-7 business days.
Do you offer custom measurements and alterations?
Yes, we offer bespoke tailoring services. After placing your order, our design consultants will reach out to collect your specific measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return policy for bridal wear?
Due to the custom nature of our bridal collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a quality guarantee and will provide alterations if the garment does not match the confirmed measurements.
Do you ship internationally?
Aghanoor Bridal ships worldwide. Shipping costs and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination country.
Can I request changes to the color or fabric of a design?
We do offer limited customization regarding color palettes and fabric choices for our bridal range. Please contact our WhatsApp support team to discuss your preferences before placing an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For high-value bridal orders, we also offer a 50% deposit option to initiate production.
